Calculations stay on your device
Every calculator on Calcotia runs entirely in your web browser. The salary, dates and other figures you type are processed on your own device and are never sent to us or stored anywhere. When you close the page, the numbers are gone.
What we collect
We do not run user accounts, we do not ask for your name or email address to use a calculator, and we do not sell or share personal data, because we do not collect any. Like almost every website, our hosting provider may keep basic server logs (such as the page requested and the time) for security and reliability; these logs are not used to identify visitors.
Cookies and advertising
Calcotia is a free site and may show advertising in the future, for example through Google AdSense. If advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites, and you can opt out of personalised advertising at any time through Google Ads Settings. We will update this policy before any advertising goes live if the details change.

Our pages link to official sources such as government and social insurance websites so you can verify the rules yourself. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites.
Your rights
If you email us, we will see the address and the message you send, and we use them only to reply. You may ask us to delete that correspondence at any time. For anything else about privacy on this site, contact us through the contact page.
